Absolute Form Processor .NET
Customer Support Form
The form processor for this form, collects and validates the name, e-mail, department, message and priority and saves it to the Absolute Form Processor database.
It also allows the user to upload at optional attachment, forwards the data to the selected department in an HTML message and sends an autoresponse to the user after displaying a "thank you" message.

Please note that the message will be forwarded to tech@yourdomain.com and sales@yourdomain.com which are invalid e-mail addresses, you'll need to update them with your own information
